Key Requirements:  Minimum 3+ year of experience as a Reel Editor or Video Editor with a strong portfolio of work.  Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, and other relevant tools.  Strong understanding of video production processes, color correction, sound design, and motion graphics.  Ability to create engaging, viral-worthy content that resonates with audiences.  Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and best practices for each.  Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.  Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and trend-spotting.  Ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently under tight deadlines.  Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach. Preferred Skills:  Experience with graphic design or animation software (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop).  Knowledge of SEO and social media marketing strategies.  Familiarity with analytics tools to track reel performance.
